Firstly, I am very sorry that I didn’t post yesterday. It was because yesterday we went out for a drive into the countryside and when we went back I had things to do and didn’t get the chance to write. Apologies, TeenRogue

Anyway, so last week was exciting because we started to redecorate the living room/kitchen so it was a little bit chaotic and dusty downstairs. However, one of the good things about it is that it meant me and my little brother got to have our breakfast up in our bedroom and play Pokemon Lets Go Eevee all day, which was fun.

Also last week, I still had school at the start of the week, I don’t like homeschooling. On Thursday though, I spent the whole day revising for a science test I had the next day. When it came to the test I did bad and i’m a bit disappointed in myself.

Even though I spent all day revising on Thursday, at about 7:00pm me and my mum went and had a social distancing netball game with my best friend since preschool (R.E) and her mum, one of my mums friends. To sum up the game: they won. However, it was alright because I came home to some potato pie that my grandma had made -it’s the best. So everything was okay.

So today was my brothers birthday and he was SUPER excited. He got lots of stuff from books to a green screen.

Yesterday, we went for a drive – a very long one and it was good but also my brother (who cannot be named) forgot what day it was and that it was his birthday today! In addition, I wrapped his presents and made a surprise for him.

Overall this week, I haven’t been doing anything that different to usual- just schoolwork. However, once again on Friday, me and my friends had our quiz and i was the one that created it.

In the quiz, me and my friends decided to theme it and I chose the theme disney princesses and they all had to dress up like the princess I assigned them (I have to say it was pretty funny). Anyways Z.J is doing the quiz next week and she chose the theme… TIKTOKERS: im very excited for it.

So this weekend I redecorated my room. I decided to make it a black,white and gold. We moved my bed and desk around and added some new pictures and accessories like a floor cushion and some mirrors.

Also this week, me and my friends had our weekly quiz and there was only only two of on it though. Anyway me and my other friend (G.W) tied so because she has already done the quiz once I am creating the quiz for next week and I have a few ideas!

So as i said last week i do netball and i figured why not tell you a bit about it. So i am in the school team with my 6 close friends, here are our positions that we play: L.C-centre, R.D- wing defence, G.W- goal keeper, F.B- goal defence, Z.J-goal attack, E.C-goal shooter and finally me as wing defence. Also my coach M.G.

If you don’t know what netball is it’s a sport with 7 players in a team and the aim is to get as many shots into the hoop as possible (it is a little bit like basketball with a few changes). In netball you can’t move with the ball you can only pass. Also, the hoop doesn’t have a backboard therefore making it more difficult. Along with those difference there are a few different rules compared to basketball.

So there you go thats all i can think of about netball. Maybe (if you liked this blog post) you should try netball if possible.

I don’t know what to title it or what to write about if I am being totally honest but I will try. So my last post was on Monday and not much has happened since then except that I have lost all motivation for anything. Although this week has been quite boring, I have started origami.

Origami is fun but it is anything but easy (credit to people who can make really fancy things) so far I have made a tree, a fish, a bookmark, butterfly and an attempt at a cat.in addition to this we have been doing jigsaws and playing uno as a family. Now that I look at it this week has been quite good but Friday was the best day.

Why was Friday so good? It was good because I got to see all my friend (on teams) and one of my friends put together a quiz for us all. Guess who won…me! the competition was between me, F.B, G.W, L.C, Z.J not all my friends took part but only because E.C and R.D couldn’t get on and forgot. Not only are they my friends but they are also my netball team which I think I forgot to mention in the about me post so I will talk about that next week.

Ugh.

Back to school (at home obviously). I am NOT ready to start work again because I have lost my routine and have to get back into it again which, for me, is immensely difficult. At my house, we have a timetable we follow based of the one I used to have at school but with a couple of alteration for my younger brother. Today is an alright day with lessons like maths and English but also fun stuff like music. Home schooling isn’t that bad apart from days when there’s lessons that I don’t like. Another annoying thing about home school is that I get easily distracted by things outside and also the main thing: FOOD. What’s the main thing I’ve been doing this week? Eating.

However, on Friday, a candle making kit that I had ordered came so I spent Friday making a candle which is pretty easy to do. I never knew how relaxing and satisfying it was to do! I got a baby powder scent and blue colouring and the candles look and smell amazing. On Saturday I made 3 more candles but now I have no supplies to make more so I’m going to buy some more. I might tell you how to make them at some point.
