~back to everything~

Ive been back at school for a few weeks now and let me tell you they are not messing around this year. Everything gone back to normal as quick as possible.

I started my gcse courses this year and there not too bad. Ive already done tests (baseline) and im back to normal now

Not much exiting stuff is happening so its been hard to blog but heres a life update:

I went back to school
I started netball again
I got a job (exciting)
My hairs growing (quite long now)
I had a really good 6 week holiday
I dont understand physics (tips are appreciated)

As i said, not overly exciting but good enough for me.

My job is fun. I work at my local market for a pizza place on it. I do things like making pizza boxes, packing canoles and helping them set up. Its only a small saturday job but its good because im earning my own money and its giving me something to do on the weekends.

Netball started 2 weeks ago we had an assessment type thing then the week after went straight in drills. My legs are still hurting but it’s fun because i go with my friends and its something i enjoy doing.

In the 6 weeks i: went on holiday to cornwall and wales, went out with my friends, saw family and overall just had fun. I went cornwall with my bestfriend which was absolutely epicccc and i loved wales because we stay on a farm and its so cosy and relaxing. I also did a whole jigsaw pretty much by myself because im cool like that.

My hairs gone past my shoulders which is long because its curly and im trying to grow it as i cut it really short. Its currently blue im gon a have to wash that out soon.

I think thats all that i can recall.

~ITS HOLIDAY TIME~

Yo yo im back. Sorry i disappeared. Im not gonna lie i got so caught up in life i forgot teenrogue was even a thing 😦 but im here and its the holidays and everything’s good

So…school is finished for the summer. Six weeks of fun and freedom and no school. Last week marked the end of year 9 for me, which means that next year things get…serious. I’ve picked my GCSEs and next year i start the courses :): fun

But anyways im super excited for the holidays because me and my friends are planning to have an amazing summer together. I’ll be giving updates and telling you about what i’ve been doing.

~GCSEs~

So on Friday, i finally got to pick my GCSEs. I was meant to pick them last year but covid came along and stopped it.

As im doing triple science (wasn’t optional), i only got to pick 2 options and im going to be honest, the choices weren’t the best. In the end, i picked dt (design technology) and history. Hopefully i get those options put in my timetable but if not i asked to do business studies. Along with our chosen subjects we have to do: RE, Spanish, Maths, English and Science.

Thursday marked 1 week of me having my box brace/retainer and its been a bit weird but im slowly getting used to it. At first, it was really painful and i almost threw up but im getting the hang of it now!

This week has been a bit crazy to be honest and it went really fast. Assessments next week and then the holidays!!!! Wooooo

~she’s back~

hi guys. im so sorry for not posting recently but these past few months have been all over the place!

heres some things that happened

i turned 14
TeenRogue turned 1!!
i went back to school
shops opened
i hit 200 insta followers

mine and TeenRogues birthday was April 13th (almost a month ago) and its crazy how much i have changed and my life has changed…

in 4 days i get my braces and by the end of this month i will have picked my gcse options (post on that soon) after these 2 years i kinda feel like lifes getting its normality back which is really cool.

the new blog plan is coming along well just figuring out some little extra bits…

hi guyssss.. firstly sorry for being really inactive and not posting. i’ve been planning something really exciting and i cant wait to show you and schools been taking over now that were back.

so to the post… so you know how everyone has that one artist/song that they absolutely love and always have on repeat? yeah well mines a girl called Claire Rosinkranz and i personally think she absolutely amazing her songs are really chilled and her lyrics are relatable .

i absolutely love her music one of lyrics (the one i relate to the most) is ‘not gonna lie, dont want a guy, as for the time i’d like a box of breadsticks’ i adore this lyric purely because it describes me in many ways. i dont want a boyfriend and i LOVE breadsticks…a lot.

honestly, i dont think Claire Rosinkranz gets enough credit. she’s never been in the charts:( i think you should go listen to her and tell me if you like her. shes really cool.

so that wraps it up i guess. Claire Rosinkranz is my favourite artist. who’s yours?

~Mount Etna~

As you may know, Mount Etna recently erupted. Here are some pictures.

These eruptions were very unexpected and people were not prepared. The last major eruption of Mount Etna was in 1992. Etna is Europes most active volcano and is bordering the Italian city of Sicily. Sicily and Mount Etna are popular tourist destinations and many tourist travel there to hike up the mountain- my mum and her friend did.

There are many small villages near the volcano some being : Castemola , Savoca and Mascalucia

Even though these villages/towns are positioned next to/on a volcano, i think it would be amazing to live there and would happily stay there. I can only imagine how amazing the views are and how fascinating it would be to look down onto your town after hiking up. You just have to have a lot of trust in the safety measures and volcanologist who changes around the volcano. Would you live near a volcano?

And thats my Mount Etna post. If you have any questions ask and i’ll do some more research and include them in another volcano post.

I haven’t been posting recently because school has been crazy and super hard but here I am 🙂

My dresses

Im going to post the details about the dresses e.g where there from and when i’d wear them

1st dress: From-new look. I would wear- on a day out in summer or on a holiday:)

2nd dress: From-new look. I would wear- at a party or for a meal out

3rd dress: From -shein. I would wear-for a special event or party

4th dress: From-new look. I would wear-party or fun day out

5th dress: From-very. I would wear-at home or going out

6th dress: From-very. I would wear-at home or going out

7th dress: From-river island. I would wear-on a day out shopping

So yeah…those are my dresses my favourite is dress number 3 . The polka dotted one and if we were gong out then i would wear it all the time.

~New year~

First things first. Im sorry. I havent been posting and its not good.

Secondly, i hope you all had a fantastic christmas and new year no matter what tier your in for covid. Im tier 4 i think :(.

Surprisingly, it was a really good christmas and i got everything. Coulde wanted including my new ipad and keyboard case.

Its sad but good 2020 is over because i had some really good 2020 memories BUT it was a terrible year because of the pandemic AND i have to go back to online school as covid is still here and the place that i live is in a lockdown.

Online school isnt good. Sometimes we have live lessons. Sometimes we dont. Sometimes we have lots of work. Sometimes we dont. If i being honest it isnt good and its been making my mental health go all over the place. Ive been having moments where i get really overwhelmed and crying regularly. Im trying to push through and take it day by day and not worry about it.

Once again, im sorry for not posting.

so as you all know, ITS CHRISTMAS and i absolutely cant wait to be able to celebrate!

because of its SO close, im going to hold off blogging until christmas day and talk about what we do and what i got!

~being you~

being you is a hard thing for some people. some people don’t know how they want to look, dress or be, but they’re is also people like me who know how they want to be.

I recently found my style, music taste and just my whole vibe overall :).

I have a weird style that doesn’t fit into categories, sometimes I want to be girly but then sometimes I want to be a bit more quirky. My music taste is chilled and I’ve found my favourite artist.

I also love painting my nails, black to be specific, and I want to dye my hair which I love the holidays because im not at school and I get to be me. I can wear my nose ring all day (not real) and paint my nails black. I can wear what I want and colour my hair with hair wax. I can be myself.

In quarantine, i realised all of this. I realised who my favourite artist was and how i wanted to dress- lots of pinterest boards…

What im saying, is that eventually you’ll figure out who you want to be even if it takes ages. and you’ll know when you’ve found yourself because you look in the mirror and smile because you really like that outfit or you’ll here that one song and know that you LOVE it. it just might take some time, thats all. 🙂
