So this week I went on holiday and let me tell you… it was so fun!!

I went on a staycation to Lincoln with my family and my best friend and her family too! We’ve been best friends for ages and went to Cornwall with each other last year so decided why not do it again. My family stayed in a lodge and her family stayed in one about 2 minutes walking distance away from us.

We travelled down on the Monday but on the way took a stop and watched Beach Volleyball at the CommonWealth Games in Birmingham and it was one of the best experiences I absolutely loved it and volleyball looks extremely fun.

After watching the games, we went on the rest of the journey to Lincoln and my friend there then we made pizza for tea and had a games night with both families. On Tuesday, we went out for lunch and then bowling and to an arcade which was just pure fun!

On the Wednesday, we went to a zoo and then we went on pedalo’s for a bit. I went with my friend and we raced our brothers around the lake which was hilarious especially when they hit us and couldn’t move the pedalo properly. Thursday has to have been one of the most exciting days because we did archery, swimming and water walking before getting a takeaway and having a final family games night playing card games and a logo game!

Thats my holiday summed up as short and sweet as possible! Im also going on holiday to Italy in a couple of weeks though so watch this space!
